I’m not playing the game — just observing.
There’s a couple of things that I’m not quite following.
A2 definitely has emotions.
Even the little sister called her grumpy lady and she’s distinctly unfriendly with most people, notably Nines at this point, but I’m sure that’ll change. Grumpy Lady packs a lot of sarcasm.
I take it all the humans are on the moon and a thousand years have past, but they’re still humans. They need encouragement, become upset when turned down for a date, and believe in astrology. After a thousand years on the moon, considering that it has less gravity, wouldn’t humans be taller with thin bones? Gravity wouldn’t be there to pull us down. If complex androids are made, what’s to stop science from creating a space ship to go to a different planet?
What would stop humans from becoming integrated with droids? That would seem like a logical step, especially if the human race was on the verge of extinction.
After all, the moon was completely inhospitable. In a thousand years, it shouldn’t be that much of a stretch to find another rock to expand to.
How is the English language still a thing?
Again, a thousand years have passed since the humans evacuated the earth. There have also been several attacks from the moon humans to drive off the alien robot invaders. How are buildings even recognizable?
Sure I can see the robot overlords repurposing forges and factories, but not skyscrapers and apartment complexes. Plants and animals should have reclaimed all of that unless there was serious eco damage.
Even so, buildings should be a lot more decimated and overgrown then what they are.
In the amusement park, how are the lights still on? Why are fireworks and confetti still a thing?
After a thousand years, the best weapons humans can provide to complex androids are swords?
It seemed to be indicated that the android resistance on earth is different than the androids from the moon. How can that be unless AI and droids were created before the humans evacuated. The moon droids and earth droids would have different AI systems.
Since the moon humans consider earth droids an ally, wouldn’t that mean that the humans recognize the earth droids to be complete sentiment? Have the earth droids been developing by themselves for a thousand of years?
Um…. the aliens haven’t been seen for hundreds of years? Like a third or more of the time since the humans were punted? They were living peacefully till we blew a hole in their living room. Couldn’t humans just send out a high-intensity soundwave that would render a lot of the robots useless? That’d at least give them the ground or provoke the aliens into attack so everything could come out in the open.
Weather permitting, I’m sooooo going to the gym tomorrow.
Laying around the house is nice, but I feel a little like a slug.
Still, I think it’s good for me. Sort of. A lot of people crave and are used to quiet home days. I should learn to enjoy the time as well – as should Jason. Maybe this is part of the whole relaxing thing?
I know NieR has an awesome story – from what I’m told. I’m sure these plot holes will be filled in or, at least, some of them. I think we’re still early in the game.
Happy 8:06 pm. =)
