Not exactly how I expected my day to go.
I was ill for the past two days.
Starting on Tuesday. the only thing I could keep inside me was blood.
Food and waste certainly weren’t hanging around.
How romantic and super non-embarrassing that night was… to be forcefully regurgitating again, just two weeks after the last instance. But, this time, add the Hershey Squirts.
Fortunately, he was asleep for most of that and was at work while I withered the next day, but still…. eeewwww. I’m mortified. That stuff isn’t supposed to happen to me while I’m with him. At home, sure. Alone, sure. With someone else – NOPE. (That’s probably one of the reasons why I never purged during the anorexia years. That and I’d consider it wasteful.)
But it happened.
And, since sharing is caring, he isn’t feeling too great either.
He actually called in and has slept most of the day away while faithfully being guarded by the cat. As it should be.
I’m feeling 85 to 90% better. He’s home. It’s a sunny day.
What a waste.
As long as he gets better, that’s what counts.
Well, next week will be a do-over, sorta, for me.
I’m down to my final weeks here. I need to start moving around some. If I don’t see places now, there’s no telling when I’ll get back to them.
If Jason doesn’t wake soon, I think I might go for a walk around the block to see if I remember how to do so.
Okay.
This coming week… new Wizards event.
I need to make sure I get through the second part as quick as I can as it leads up to my return trip to Indiana.
I’m not too sure how much of the 48-hour event I’ll get too since I’m booked up with doctor appointments and probably little sister – although little sister plays – but she’s a bit slow. Or was a bit slow. I have a feeling that she’s changed somewhat since she started living on her own.
Next Wednesday, my second class kicks in.
I’ll have two running at the same time. Unusual, but not completely rare. I kind of figured they couldn’t find anyone to take the 15-week class since the pay is a bit lower than two 7.5 week classes. That and it’s super annoying to have to carry these students even further – especially the failing ones.
Since they were below 50% at the halfway mark, I really don’t think they’re going to put in the effort to actually pass the course. I could be surprised but most of the time, that’s a big nope.
Pixar’s Onward came out. Might see that on Tuesday, weather permitting. I’d rather Jason see it too since we like to pick apart Pixar movies, but that might not be possible.
What else is going on….
Not really a whole lot. Just haven’t been feeling good.
