Don't live the American dream. Live your dream.

3/8

I have come to a conclusion.

Well, actually, I came to this a long time ago.
But, it’s simply amazing how right I’m being proven.

I think that the Biden administration just adores crushing people’s lives. They like to make going through day-to-day more difficult, cause stress, worry, privacy, and continue to destroy any type of future there may have possibly been.

……. My thought has just derailed.
I might get back to it. I don’t know.

But, I’ve started thinking about the relationship between Russia and China.

I don’t know the details, but am aware that Russia’s economy is crap. I don’t know if it is as awful as America’s right now. But, it’s pretty bad.

They’re extending themselves through the Ukraine incursion. I’m hesitant to call it a war, despite everything that has happened. There hasn’t been a declaration. There have been sanctions, but no one has dedicated tanks and men. It could be a war, no mistake, but it’s not quite yet.

The sanctions against Russia are going to continue to weaken their economy. Although they have oil, they are going to have only a single major buyer — China. If Russia has an overabundance of oil and, since China is an ally, they could sell the oil at a cheap price.

From there, China could resell it to their buyers at a higher price or whatever. Or, they could just refuse to buy the products at all. I don’t know the details of their agreement, but China probably has the right to refuse or modify its purchases as China wants to protect its own economy as well.

Unless Russia gets something major from Ukraine, this is a significant loss for Russia and, moreover, Putin.
This loss could be continually harmful for years to come as, even after the sanctions are removed, other countries may not resume business with him as they were prior. I’d imagine that the trust for some has been broken and other contracts have been made that should be honored.

That means that Russia will * really * be relying on China as they will be the exclusive buyer of products.

But, China can buy from whoever they want. They can, as I stated before, also resell the products from Russia for a higher price. For example, Russia creates ferterlizer. It’s desperately needed by farmers to help make crops plentiful and affordable.

If it’s illegal to supply farmers with what they need to create food, the prices of food will continue to increase. Except… China would have plenty and be able to produce basic food products. Just like medicine and other materials, it’s cheaper to buy China-made items than to make them at home. That feeds into China’s GDP and further cripples the independence and self-substantiality of the entire freaking world.

Back on track…
Essentially, Russia has entered into a type of enslavement with China as the master.

America has been part of this symbiotic relationship before. There was (is?) the thing with OPEC, for example. The organization tried to control America and be highly invasive back in the 80s. But, America kind of got out of that contract. America certainly did when Trump was president as we were energy independent.

Now, shamefully, Biden is holding up a chain begging to enter into an abusive relationship and take that master back.

…. But, I’m not sure if Russia has the resources or the economic strength to shake off China’s chain.

Vladimir Putin is 69 years old.

According to Wiki, he’s been in control of Russia for the past 22 years. For the most part, he’s kept it together. It’s not the best, but it could be worse. I’m not sure why he invaded Ukraine. But, that’s something for the scholars to argue about — although I think that it has something to do with Ukraine possibly joining NATO — despite how distant and small of a chance, Putin was afraid of that.

Anyway, while I’m sure Putin is in excellent health, he’s not going to be around forever.

How much do you want to bet that the next leader of Russia will be a China puppet?
I’m pretty sure that could happen. Yeah. Really fairly sure.

Russia will be just an extension of the Republic of China. The Yaun, Chinese money, will replace the American dollar as the global standard. I’m not 100% sure what that means. But, it’s probably bad.
Russia has the second best military force in the world. It will be combined with China’s force — which is the third best. That should easily topple America, who has the best military force —- especially if the lame presidents continue to cut spending.

Communism will suddenly become not so bad and the hit of Paris fashion runways.

Because, after all, everyone will be afraid of upsetting China. It would have the military resources and the economic might to squash anything that appears slightly threatening. China could destroy companies, people, and even nations just for funsies. Why not? Why not both?

All of this is purely speculation from an outsider who really doesn’t have any political or economic authority. I’m just an observer. I’m a by-standard who can’t even get her own day-to-day shit together, let alone make predictions about the future of this globe.

But… it does make sense, doesn’t it?
It could happen.
