Don't live the American dream. Live your dream.

4/15 With money we stand

Okay.
I’m sounding this out and it prob

Americans have a type of stigma that is attached to us at birth. We are proud, independent, and strong. We’re born into a manifest destiny. What we do, say, and become is justified and inevitable. We can deal with external forces as they can lean and develop our strengths. To do so makes us independent and proud of our accomplishments and, hopefully, the accomplishments of others. Historically, eventually, we feel that we are so strong, independent, and self-assured that we can help others without hesitation and potential self-sacrifice.

It has gotten to the point that America has become the world’s policeman. We have become the leader or heavily contribute to organizations like the UN, NATO, WHO, and the World Trade Organization. Other nations, like the U.K, France, and Spain, take a lot of their nations’ policy cues from us. I think the Ukraine situation is a good example. If I’m not mistaken, America imposed Russian sanctions first and then other notions followed. The other nations are on auto follow while proclaiming their independence and liberty.

And, rather America likes it or not, a lot of her expenditures are projected toward this strong image. Millions of dollars and our most intelligent minds are dedicated to these organizations that, in some cases, provide little to zero net gain for the Americans. America’s participation and, even more importantly, her funds. For example, America bankrolls 22% of NATO – despite NATO’s main threats – China and Russia – have never conventionally attacked America and that there are 29 other countries in NATO. America pays $400 to $500 million a year to WHO which is controlled, primarily, by Chinese interests.

The outpouring of support to global interests and organizations leaves America vulnerable, particularly in infrastructure and education. It’s not a secret that America’s public education system lags significantly behind… just about everyone else’s. Canada, Japan, Denmark, and Germany skate circles around the American system. Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Netherlands have few potholes and stronger bridges than the U.S. Well, nearly every developed country does. America isn’t in the top 10 of anything.

But.. we’re strong.

The blame trickles down to the local, state, and counties. The funding of pet political projects receives funding over reinforcing bridges that thousands of people need for work. School boards are ham stringed by their own noose of wokeness and accommodating children from all economic situations. The people who pay the taxes are the people who pay the price for the ongoing decay.

But… we’re strong.
Thanks to America’s low rankings and media, we are also stupid, violent, and gun-addicted on the world stage. Perhaps, we’re only tolerated because we allow them to build their countries in a more equable and humanitial sustainable fashion. It is because of our violence and gun-addicted ways other nations never felt the need to build their military.

Only the nations who fear us or have some speck of self-assertion have a military – like Russia, China, and Brazil.

Essentially, America is becoming a shell. Outwardly, the wings of the eagle are strong and glorious. It’s to the point that immigrants from all over the world are fooled by the spackle and make-up as they make their way to the borders believing that their lives will improve and foolishly hoping that their children’s lives will never know hardship.

Internally, America is rotting.
The falling education standards, cracked bridges, diminishing reading levels, and an ever increasing homeless population will cause a putrid stench that simply will not go away without massive effort and energy. America will have neither as we will continue the charade and meet the world’s expectations.

Without a rotting heart, the shell will eventually crack and the world will cast America aside. Although, in our pride and ignorance, we will still continue to act like we have strength until there is nothing left.

When I was in the house, one of the brain-washing regimes was that a person must take care of self before helping others. When a plane is crashing, the oxygen mask goes on first and * then * the other person. Helping others at personal jeopardy is heroic. It gets movies made about you. But is, in general, not advised. There’s no need to be a neighborhood hero as that could cause disruption in the mind-think frame.

In this case, I think it is justified.

America needs some decades of self-care. She needs to pull out or ** exceedingly ** restrict the funds that are paid to the UN, NATO, the Paris Climate Accord, WHO, the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum. A stern review of internal organizations, like Planned Parenthood and the American Red Cross, need to be audited and the fat cut.

Funds need to be redirected to repair the damage from keeping up a strong outward global image.

— But, keep the military budget and potentially expand it. The rest of the world is crazy.
