“Reason” is subjective.
“Everything” is too broad.

The question is invalid.

If you unknowingly step on an ant and kill it, is the reason to reinforce that you’re inattentive, uncaring, and disregard other life forms?

Was the ant’s death a reason for other ants to seek revenge?

I’m not an ant expert, and I have no idea who ‘you’ are, but I can reasonably assume “no” is the answer to both questions.
